Join my Guitar Camp in Germany

Dear Reader,

I'm writing to you with so much joy. After years of creating something special in Southern Italy, I'm ready to share a new dream:

The ​German Guitar Camp 2026​

taking place in the beautiful artist village of Worpswede, near Bremen:

We're creating two inspiring weeks in May 2026 at the historic Diedrichshof, surrounded by a peaceful park. I wanted to bring the spirit of what we've built in Italy - that warmth, openness, and sense of community - closer to my home, where I live and work, and where more of you can join us.

When I think back to the Italian Guitar Camp, I see faces and remember moments: trembling hands before a first performance, tears of breakthrough, laughter over shared meals. Strangers became friends somewhere between the music stands and the dinner table. Everyone - from beginners to professionals - had something to teach and something to learn. That's the atmosphere I'm bringing to Germany.

I'm proud of our guest teachers - not only for their years of professional experience, but for who they are as people.

​Valeria Galimova (May 17 -23) brings warmth, patience, and passion to her teaching. She's also an expert in music physiology and how our brain functions in relation to guitar playing - knowledge she shares with enthusiasm and clarity. Her warmth and passion for helping students discover their own voice make her such a perfect fit for our camp.

​Johannes Tonio Kreusch (May 24-30), a Juilliard graduate who has performed at Carnegie Hall, brings years of stage and teaching experience - including organizing festivals alongside some of the biggest names in the guitar world. What makes Johannes so special is his deep commitment to each student's journey - his generous spirit, his encouragement, and the way he helps people find courage they didn't know they had.

Both teachers share our philosophy: music is about connection, and teaching is about opening doors with care and dedication.

Our theme is Public Performance - not perfection, but authenticity. It's about finding the courage to share yourself and dare to play in front of others. We'll explore how our body responds to stress and learn to work with these responses in a trusted, supportive environment.

Each participant receives two individual lessons, workshops and daily performance sessions in small groups. We'll stay together in the same accommodation - partners are welcome, because the time off stage matters as much as the time on it.
